I now realize the nature of my evolving perspective. The power of perspective-shifting became clear to me through yung pueblo’s profound words from inward.
The verse mirrors my journey of transformation. By expanding my Spaces of Meaning to embrace literature on cultural progress, the meta-crisis, and humanity’s state, I’ve experienced a profound shift in long-held truths. This rapid evolution challenges the notion that we become too set in our ways with age.

While life’s crises – relationship losses, family fractures, deaths, career changes – can force change, true transformation transcends mere survival responses. My years of constant crisis, focused on providing for my children and myself, unexpectedly became a gateway to deeper understanding. What began as essential practices – meditation, prayer, introspection, and emotional management – evolved into the Four Fields of Growth Coaching Processes, now integrated into the T3 Coaching Philosophy. This framework, alongside the T3 Human Experience Model, illuminates how we interact with our world.
Today, my perspective encompasses a broader appreciation for humanity’s state and my role within it. I’ve developed a deeper connection with my environment and those in it, seeking to understand diverse viewpoints even amid disagreement. This evolution allows me to see situations through multiple lenses, enriching my understanding of our shared human experience.
Yet some days feel overwhelming. The pace of growth can be dizzying, making me question my readiness. In these moments, yung pueblo’s wisdom reminds me to extend grace to myself, finding ease within this evolution. While acknowledging growth, I recognize this journey is far from complete – it’s an ongoing process of becoming more.
Through the T3 Coaching Philosophy and Four Fields of Growth, I continue to navigate this transformation, embracing both the challenges and revelations it brings. My evolving perspective isn’t just about personal change – it’s about deepening my connection to the broader human experience and contributing to our collective growth.
I invite you to explore your own transformation journey: personal growth, crisis as opportunity, evolving perspectives, and the importance of self-compassion during change. My journey created the foundation for the T3 Coaching Philosophy. My mission is directed towards doing what I can to live in harmony with my purpose.
