Coaching Philosophy

At Transform To Transcend, we connect a synthesis of concepts, curated from science, philosophy, spirituality, world religions and ancient texts, to create our Coaching Philosophy. The framework of our Coaching Philosophy includes; The T3 Human Experience Model and the Four Fields of Growth Processes. Our desire is to create greater understanding around how our interactions with each other and the information we consume, affects us in every day life. Wouldn’t it be amazing to truly grasp how we experience ourselves, our relationships, our culture, and our world? And, be empowered to shape it?

Understanding the T3 Human Experience Model, and implementing our T3 Four Field of Growth Coaching Processes, can provide those ‘Ah Ha’ moments of clarity. When we actively embody these valuable processes every day, we are cultivating a deeper relationship with ourselves. Practicing greater awareness of how we think, feel, perceive, judge and act, can provide us with the ability to live a life full of purpose, meaning and joy.

T3 Human Experience Model

A synthesis of concepts curated from science, philosophy, spirituality, world religions, and ancient texts to create a practical model for productively navigating life.

Spaces Of Meaning

Culture and experience evolves our ideas over time, through literature, movies, books, news, art, science, religion, invention, and human interactions.

Spaces of Meaning provides us with an option set of information from which we, as humans, attempt to create meaning.

Structured Narrative

Composed of content we adopt from Spaces of Meaning, Structured Narratives shape our current and future interactions.

As we gain greater ability to fully interrogate our Structured Narratives, we are able to see how a certain “logic” develops, between the content acquired from the Spaces of Meaning and how they influence our Dispositions.

Dispositions

The “Logic” from our Structured Narratives, illuminates our Dispositions; thoughts, feelings, perceptions, judgements and actions.

Dispositions are the ingrained behavioral patterns which inform our choices when encountering the world.

Strength in our Dispositions, influence our cognition and conscious self and help us move through life’s situations appropriately.

Ground Of Being

There are four primary realms within the Ground of Being:
Biological – the physical body, which experiences, pain, hunger, reproduction, etc.
Neurobiological – the nervous systems, which allow us to sense and encode a series of behaviors, such as reflexes and other response to stimuli.
Cognitive – both conscious and non-conscious, enabling us to view the world around us and create an internal representation of what we see.
Consciousness – our ability to reflect on all other processes taking place around us and enabling us to experience the wonder of being human.

The Ground of Being can be affected by the interactions and responses between the Spaces of Meaning, our Structured Narratives, and our Dispositions.

Lived Experience

All of the T3 Human Experience elements create the tapestry of our Lived Experience.

Our reality, and our perceptions of what our senses and mind observe, emerge from the interactions of our Structured Narratives, Ground of Being and Dispositions.

Every time we interact with Spaces of Meaning, we experience feelings which constitutes our Lived Experience.

This is a never ending process throughout our human experience.

T3 Four Fields of Growth

Our Coaching Processes, are an integrated set of activities which serve to help us effectively evaluate how we interact with the world around us.

Attention Practices

Intended to build our ability and power to focus.

To be more mindful, supporting a self-reflective harmony across the multiple dimensions of our being.

Attention Practices are inextricably integrated with the other Fields of Growth.

Introspection Habits

Explore deeply and nurture a more profound connection with yourself.

By delving into your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions, you can significantly transform the essence of who you are.

Introspection is a fantastic tool you can use every day to help make sense of things.

Narrative Mastery

Gives you the power to take charge and mold your personal story and reality; transforming obstacles into opportunities for growth, fostering a growth mindset and intentionally selecting content from the Spaces of Meaning which shape and define our Structured Narratives.

Emotional Inquiry

Examines the relationship between our Lived Experience and our Dispositions, leading to a deeper understanding of how the T3 Human Experience elements may need adjustment.

Cultivating strength in Emotional Inquiry opens up our capacity to effectively utilize ALL Fields of Growth, facilitated by Attention Practices.
